- Refund Policy: We offer refunds in the following cases: — Product received in damaged condition — Wrong product delivered — Product not delivered within 15 days of dispatch
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases: — Change of mind after dispatch — Incorrect address provided by customer — Refused delivery by customer
- Refund: Process To initiate a refund email woofrindia@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of damaged or wrong product if applicable. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- Return Policy: Due to the nature of food products, opened packages cannot be returned. Sealed and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by Woofr India in case of damaged or wrong products. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in all other cases.
