Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partner: All orders are shipped via India Post Speed Post. We ship to all pin codes across India.
2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 working day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time: Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3 to 5 working days Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 working days Remote areas and northeast India: 7 to 10 working days
4. Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders across India via India Post Speed Post. No minimum order value required.
5. Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email within 24 hours of dispatch. Track your order at indiapost.gov.in using the tracking number provided.
6. Failed Delivery: In case of failed delivery India Post will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails both times the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to reship at no extra cost.
7. Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged please photograph the package and product and email us at woofrindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our refund policy at woofr.in/refund-policy
